About the Role
• Counsel students regarding course and university options
• Handle student inquiries (walk-ins, calls, leads)
• Assist senior counselors in documentation & application process
• Maintain CRM and follow-up with prospects
• Support seminar and student engagement activities
Requirements
• 0–2 years experience in education counseling / sales / tele-counseling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of India & abroad admission process (preferred)
• Target-oriented and proactive attitude
• Graduate in any stream
